ְλÀà±ð£º ¼ÆËã»úÈí¡¢Ó²¼þ/»¥ÁªÍø/IT ¹¤×÷µØµã£º º¼ÖÝ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-04-29 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ÊÇ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Responsibilities: The TIBCO Engineer is a self starter and core team member capable of understanding requirements, researching under guidance, applying good design principals/patterns, and implementing/configuring TIBCO components using TIBCO BusinessWorks and other TIBCO products to facilitate rapid application integrations. The TIBCO Engineer has excellent teamwork skills and able to coach Associate Engineers. The TIBCO Engineer is expected to: Serve as a full-time technical design and implementation member on projects to deliver comprehensive EAI, BI solutions to our customers. Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements. Work with others to help define system requirements and participate in application design utilizing high level architecture, design patterns and reusable code. Involve in planning and estimating implementation effort as needed. Develop and/or configure TIBCO components utilizing Businessworks, other TIBCO products, JAVA/RAD, and other development tools. Perform research under direction of Technical Architects and contribute to technical decisions. Review test case and perform actual testing when needed. Conduct integration and performance tests with other teams and troubleshoot problems. Documenting repeatable instructions for support and operations. Work with Project Manager and Technical Architect to assure consistency and quality across all deliverables. Effectively track and communicate on a timely basis the status of deliverables and metrics at various scopes. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science (or related field) is desired. Candidates with significant relevant work experience may also be considered. Demonstrated experience contributing as a technical team member in a fast moving / changing environment. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts clearly, to both technical and non-technical persons. Demonstrated relationship management and teamwork skills. Passionate in working effectively in customer facing environment. Must have some experience with component level design utilizing TIBCO products. 2+ years of experience with Object Oriented Programming/Design Patterns, preferably in Java/J2EE. 1+ years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks/SmartMapper 1+ years of experience with TIBCO Adapters SDK. 2+ years of experience with Relational Database Programming preferably with Oracle, MS SQL. 1+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture, especially XML, SOAP and message-based synchronous/asynchronous architectures. Preference given to individuals with experience in some of the technologies/products: TIBCO Rendezvous(RV), TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk, EMS Adapter, Siebel Adapter, EJB Adapter, J2EE, WSDL, SOAP, IDL, XML, Oracle, SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, BEA Weblogic, and IIS. Preference given to individuals with experience in 3+ projects through the complete lifecycle (requirements, design, development, and release/launch). Preference given to individuals with experience in Agile Methodology. Preference given to individuals with experience in delivering in a CMM Level 3 or higher organization. Other Requirements: Strong language skills - English CET Level 6 or equivalent. Flexibility to travel abroad as required by project ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
