According to the development of the company, formulate the working principle and target of the procurement department. Formulate procurement plan and budget, implement procurement precaution control and process control, effectively decrease procurement cost. Help the department manager to follow us the procurement management. Be responsible for the development, evaluation and management of the suppliers. According to the procurement management system, evaluate working performances of employees and help to formulate improving plan. Be responsible for the training of the procurement department and guide the employees to improve. Be responsible to make systemized management for the contracts including project contract, procurement contract and other contracts or agreements related with company operation and control the payment plan and management for all contracts. Be responsible for the formulation and verification of all economic items in the contracts and verify the standardization of the contract procedure. Join the bidding procedure and contract management, formulate contract and join the negotiation and ensure the cost under target. Requirements: Above 5 years of project procurement, construction project budget, contract management and other relative experiences. Project building materials and equipment procurement experiences, know well on building materials and decoration materials. Be familiar with tendering procedure and each kind of contract document. Be familiar with relative laws, regulations, cost estimation information and cost control knowledge and know well on relative management principles, laws and market information. Know well on FIDIC contract. Good English skill. Good computer skill. Be good at communication, plan ability and team work coordination ability. 岗位描述: 制定并完善公司的采购制度; 根据公司的发展现状,拟定采购部门的工作方针和目标; 编制采购计划与预算,实施采购的预防控制和过程控制,有效降低成本; 协助部门经理做好公司的采购管理工作; 负责供应商的开发、评估、管理; 根据公司的管理制度,考核下属的工作业绩,并协助其制定改进计划; 负责采购队伍的培训,以指导人身份帮助下属提升工作水平。 负责对公司合同(包括工程合同、采购合同、公司涉及的其他合同等)进行系统管理,掌握所有合同的支付计划及管理动态情况; 负责合同经济条款的编制与审核工作,并对合同程序的规范性进行审核; 参与项目的招投标及合约管理工作, 拟制合同条款,进行合同谈判。 确保成本控制目标的落实; 职位要求: 具备 5 年以上从事工程采购、建造项目预算、合约管理等相关经验; 具有工程建材及设备采购经验,掌握和了解工程建材、装饰材料等相关知识; 熟悉工程招投标流程及各种工程合同、采购合同文本; 熟悉建筑工程有关法规、规范、工程造价信息及成本控制知识,了解工程管理相关政策法规及市场材料信息; 熟知菲迪克工程合同规范; 具备英文听说读写能力; 能够熟练操作电脑; 具备良好的协调沟通能力、计划能力及团队协助能力。 联系方式: Please send your CV to E-mail: xiang@lfmkc.com and candidate of administrative assistant must send recent photo.
