Supervise its implement. -Be in charge of the basic operation and implement of C , such as the calculation and distribution of the compensation, the transaction of the social insurance and business insurance. -Be in charge of C survey in the industry, region, specialty, position and so on. Collect relevant information to fix the compensation level of our company and give reference to the establishment and edit of different regulation criterion. -Be in charge of the service in providing official explanation, consulting and training on the effective implement of the whole company"s C policies.
