With more than 15 plants, 4 Sales Distribution Centers and a cutting edge R Center, our client enjoys robust and expansive growth in this region. Reporting directly to CFO China, you will lead a team to provide internal audit services and act as the main liaison point with corporate audit teams. You will lead the integration process for newly acquired companies as well as manage projects including M , due diligence and evaluation of target companies. You will participate in corporate audit projects in China/Hong Kong and will be expected to deliver constructive recommendations to further improve operational efficiencies in the business across functional areas. You will take a lead role in developing world class internal policies, procedures and controls for this region and also support special projects on the need basis. -At least 5 years of internal auditing experience and 10 years in finance function in multinational companies. -Experience in designing policies, procedures and internal controls will be required in this role. -Strong interpersonal skill is required to deal with all necessary internal and external parties. -Good communication in English and Mandarin is essential.
