Job description: Reliably evaluates work products against the applicable process descriptions and procedures Identifies and documents noncompliance items Provides feedback to project staff and managers on the results of the quality assurance activities Ensures that noncompliance issues are addressed Suggests process improvements based on observations Works with the projectteam during the early stages to establish plans, standards, and procedures that will add value to the project Contributes to the CMM improvement action plan Leads technical group(s) for process improvement Interfaces with other CPS locations for quality activities Required profile: At a minimum 5 years of experience with development background including 2 or 3 years Quality Assurance experiences.
