In China, the company has manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, Changchun, Beijing and Xiamen. The position is based at Shanghai plant which has around 400 employees. The plant GM is a German. Key Responsibilities: Formulate strategies, policies and procedure including costing, tax, asset, budget, credit and cash flow management Manage finance resources to ensure healthy cash flow. Direct timely and accurate preparation of statuary financial reporting: balance sheet, profit and loss account. Serve as the “Authority of Knowledge” on financial issues and must stay current on all country and municipals laws and regulations governing financial issues and take actions to assure effective operation of the finance department Ensure internal and legal compliance. Develop, review and update policies and work standards Resolve issues and conflicts with other internal departments and external contacts Develop finance team capability and provide training for subordinates Hire, terminate, discipline, evaluate performance for subordinates Experience and Qualifications: Recognized university degree in Accounting, Finance or related field A seasoned professional, minimum five years experience, with strong track record in managing the finance department at a manufacturing facility for an established multinational company, strong accounting background to ensure compliance with PRC&International GAAP Good analytical skills to ensure timely collection and analysis of financial data Strong leadership and excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Chinese and English, are required Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both external and internal contacts Self motivated leader and team player, but pro-active and independent Ability to function in a team environment under stressful and confrontational situations Proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Manager, familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is preferred 联系方式： .
