The Podcasting application allows users to enjoy the latest Entertainment, Music, News, Sports and Education on demand. As a member of the Nokia Services&Software Music Product Management team, you will help drive the product vision, roadmap and feature definition for Podcasting. You will work extensively with the R in a fast-paced but flexible environment. You will also help manage communications and relationships with both internal and external customers. Roles and Responsibilities Evaluate competitor activity and consumer needs to quantify the competitiveness of Nokia products and services within their specialist asset area Propose, agree and maintain second level roadmaps for their specialist asset area that will enable Nokia Music to meet its business targets Produce and have agreed upon Concept Milestones (CM) that represent the product and services at each phase of the agreed roadmap Ensure that the products and services are defined to a level where implementation can start and to the point when it’s completed Ensure that the products and services are easy to deploy and localize Represent product in program organization and ensure (together with program management) that target schedule is met Ensure that all requirements (functional and non-functional) are identified, quantified, prioritized and captured in the agreed tools/formats Ensure that the Nokia Music products and services fulfill the set targets both in usability and marketability point of view Responsible for product uniqueness and innovativeness Understand content as a part of the experience Follow-through the implementation ensuring that the product or service is implemented according to the requirements Provide support for the sales/marketing activities by purposeful communication in relevant channels Provide suitable, up-to-date documentation and communication material in different states of the product life cycle Ensure that IPR and legal checks are done for the product or service. Qualifications Requirements 3-5 years experience in product management, business analysis, requirements analysis or combination of such experience Ability to think strategically and tactically in driving new ideas forward Ability to network broadly internally to ensure consensus and buy-in for execution plans High energy level and enthusiasm for driving new ideas forward Experience determining customer requirements, developing concepts, leading product development, and executing product launches Excellent written and communication skills in a global environment Quick learner and self starter Able to operate with minimal direction B.S. in Engineering or Science preferable; MBA is a plus. 联系方式: .
