The role is to ensure that Nokia Solutions/Experiences are the best in the cluster markets and that they are launched and sustained in the best possible way to maximize device and service sales and achieve the desired strategic market impact. The cluster S GTM head is also accountable for the service sales targets across inbox, online and B2B together with the Cluster Channels. S GTM Planning and Implementation Ensures that for all Sales Channels and local the right 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion/Marketing and Place) are defined. Provides Cluster GTM Program plans and makes sure that professional and synchronized GTM Project plans are made so that Devices, S , Marketing, Sales Units and other plans optimal integrated in terms of their deliverables, timing and quality reflecting Sales Channels differences. Ensures sufficient and impactful S GTM support for device GTM programs and ensures a single point of contact across the service lines. Service Sales The Cluster GTM S Head has the overall service business&revenue responsibility. Revenues from inbox bundling, online sales and B2B opportunities will be the direct responsibility of the role along with the respective Cluster Channel responsibles. Ensure accurate sales forecasts and inputs to the supply management process for country requirements, gaps and opportunities. Services Product Management Is responsible for driving Service GTM roadmapping and giving input to the positioning of services and price management, etc. Is responsible for OVI Product Management in cluster and managing the entire Ovi offering from GTM point of view. While the different services (in or out of Ovi) will evolve according to their own roadmaps, there is a need to package the short and long term Ovi message (incl. PC/.com/device) for consumer, the device GTM categories as well as our partners. Services Sell-in support and Channel Operations Responsible for cross-service commercial analysis and commercial proposals, channel and customer value proposition&offer development. At the “live” phase is responsible for the overall cross-service operations and related operational reviews and overviews with operator/retailer (incl. care, service levels, billing issues, sales tools, CoDe, etc). Services Business Development Represent business development and sales activities in the early phases of services concept/commercial development in the S product organization.. These activities may include lobbying, solution selling and building partnerships for Nokia solutions that will enable the final Nokia service offering. Market specific project management for new service concepts/offers and for local solutions where the Services Unit is not providing an offering. Builds the S GTM organization Build the Cluster S GTM organization and ensure that GTM programs are resourced correctly and the optimally. Makes sure the competences gaps are addressed: Project/process knowledge, content expertise, etc Ensures optimal GTM resourcing, competences, reporting and governance structure in Sales Units belonging to the Cluster. Also agree the wow of the GTM and other functions in the Sales Unit. Ensures that GTM provides the necessary sales support. Qualifications University degree in Technology, Marketing or Business field Broad understanding of marketing, retail, product development, logistics and mobile communication, Internet services, media and entertainment industries, consumer electronics, experiences&solutions business.
