1. 机械类相关专业毕业，本科学历，4年以上工作经验； Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant, more than 4 years’ working experience;2．具备丰富的供应商质量管理经验，熟悉机械加工工艺、铸造与热处理工艺及过程质量控；熟悉机械产品检验技术、具备检验器具的策划、设计和配备的经验；Rich experience in supplier quality management; Familiar with mechanical machining, casting and heat treatment processes quality control;3．熟悉ISO9001：2000质量管理体系管理标准，具备丰富的QMS实施和审核经验；熟悉SPC统计分析和QC七大手法，有质量统计方面的经验；Familiar with inspection technique of mechanical product; rich experience in plan, design and fit out inspection tools; Good knowledge of ISO9001:2000 QMS management standard. Experience in QMS implementation, audit; Know how to deal with SPC and QC statistics tools; Experience in quality statistics;4. 取得质量工程师(中级)职业技术资格证书；Quality engineer certificate (Intermediate)5．英语CET4级水平，有较强的听说读写水平；熟练使用Windows操作系统和Office软件，熟练使用AutoCAD软件。English CET4;Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; Be capable of using Microsoft office and AutoCAD .
