-BA or BS in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a Technical discipline or equivalent experience.-Technical Experience: Experience with APQP, PFMEA, SPC, Metrology, Blueprints, MSA,PPAP, Project management and Control Plans is required. Able to lead a 2nd party audit.-English Language Skills preferred.-Industry Experience:3-5 years in Manufacturing Environment in the automotive, Office furniture or other industrial products in a JV or WFOEQS 9000/TS 16949 Audit Experience preferable-Fact Based Problem Solving: Understands and practices the process of fact based problem solving and the tools (4M’s, Y Tree, Is/Is Not, 5 Whys) associated with that process.-Write Effectively: Conveys information clearly and effectively through formal and informal documents; reviews and edits written work constructively.-Travel: Must be able to spend up to 50% of time in travel to suppliers. .
