职位类别： 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-28 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 急聘！！！ FONCTION (S): -To work with R department and understand internal customer needs. -To sort out the priorities thru using purchasing tools (Pyxis, Agile, Sourcing Parts...) -To study the market and canvass the potential suppliers. -To update all purchasing data in Movex system. -To obtain quotes from existing or potential suppliers. -To order samples for engineering verification. -To follow-up sample order or test order with SQA engineers. -To audit and qualify suppliers. -To benchmark the suppliers about their quality, prices, payment term, lead-time and other terms as well as their responsiveness and service. -To negotiate with existing and target suppliers. -To contract with suppliers. -To update the suppliers’ database in Movex. -To ensure suppliers keep continuous and on-time supply to Radiall. -To evaluate suppliers’ performance thru using key performance indicators. -To regularly review cost, quality, logistic and other terms with suppliers -To implement cost reduction -To work closely with Voreppe purchasing team REQUIRED SKILLS: -Bachelor degree, mechanical engineering background, knowledge about screw-cutting, machining is a plus -Fluent both English and Chinese. -3 years purchasing / sourcing experience in manufacturing environment and with global sourcing experience is a plus -Understanding of the functions of each department of the company. -Knowledge about ERP. -Knowledge of supplier audit and evaluation. -Negotiation skills -Computing literate (Word, Excel, Access, Internet and Database). -Integrity and ethics. -Autonomous, flexible and proactive. -Mobility for business trips to visit the suppliers. -Confidentiality. 联系方式： 地 址：上海市闸北区永和路390号 邮政编码：200072 联 系 人：人力资源部 电子邮箱： hr.rsh@radiall.com .
