职位类别： 质控/安检 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-04-28 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: 1.Support Solid State Lighting suppliers which located in the South China Coaching technical/quality supplier staff on quality principle and tools (QFD, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, Control plan etc) Making accurate analysis on Cost of Non-Quality analysis, Line reject rate&Yield improvement, DPPM Supporting improvements based on above analysis, 2.Lead manufacturing PST in line with Philips requirement. -Warrantee quality control (incoming inspection) of lamp components, -Warrantee quality control (outgoing inspection) of all finished Philips products, -Warrantee life time testing and report in supplier side of Philips products, -Warrantee container loading for all Philips orders, -Insure the compliance of Sustainability requirements, such as RoHS compliance system -Train supplier staff on process and product in line with Knowledge transfer policy (KTP); -Work closely with CSG and GTD quality colleagues to apply corrective action for each customer complaints with 8D report -Make monthly quality report on quality and manufacturing results of the supplier -Support suppliers during audit (including preparation phase) requested by Philips or related to Philips business. -Work closely with CSG project/purchasing/market colleagues to apply proper Job Requirements: -Bachelor or Equivalent degree in related -Lighting/Physics/Electronics field -Detailed knowledge of production quality system, Control -Plan, Process Improvement Tools, FMEA, SPC, AQL inspections, ISO procedures -Background of LED / semi-conductor field is preferred -Good understanding of lighting process/product -3 - 5 + years quality or manufacturing experience in the factory -Strong communication skills, maturity to coach/convince Suppliers -Good team player and leadership -Good English and Mandarin 联系方式： If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to recruitment.szp@philips.com .
