It offers its customers technological solutions for highly reliable nuclear power generation and electricity transmission and distribution. It has operation in more than 100 countries and 61,000 employees worldwide Position Responsibilities: l According to the requirements of Technology License, to examine and verify the components chosen for Mechanical Design and Electrical Design by Components Engineer in order to ensure that the requirements of products design can be met and the whole products design can be gone along smoothly l To verify the drawings produced by Components Engineer especially the dimension and mechanics in order to meet the practical requirements of products design l To solve the problems of new components in tender and verify the components that has been affirmed by Components Engineer. To meet the requirements about the components in tender furthest under the premise of that the tendering can be accomplished on time l To realize the trends of components home and abroad and collect the new information of components as the technical reserve l To learn the new components" mechanics and to improve existing design of components l To train the Components, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in terms of the new components. To provide the technical support for Sourcing and Manufacturing Department in order to ensure that the manufacturing of products can be gone along smoothly l To be responsible for the new and important components(such as switch and bushing) to ensure that these components can meet the tender"s requirements in electrical performance and mechanics l To dispose the components in the most economical way under the premise of quality assurance to reduce the costs of components l To hold the schedule of products design and drawings and to delivery drawings on time l To verify the components" drawings and technical agreement that produced by Components Engineer l To examine and verify the drawings provided by suppliers such as cabinet control principle to ensure the drawings for customers can meet the requirements of Technical Agreement l To be responsible for the purchasing application signed by Components Engineer and to verify the relevant technical requirements l With regards of the components that be used for the first time, Chief Components Engineer should get the technical information from the suppliers and make clear about the technical performance, mechanics and principles. To be responsible for the relevant training to Electrical, Mechanical, Components Engineers and Manufacturing Department and to ensure the design and manufacturing of products can be gone along smoothly l To take control of the schedule of tendering design and to verify the tendering documents including bill of materials, deviation form and technical datasheet. For those important tendering, the second time verification is needed l To make great efforts to find the new components that presented in tender and provide sufficient technical information for Tendering Engineer in order to meet the requirements of tender furthest l To realize the trends of components home and abroad and hold the information of new exploited components.
