Follow up and supervising local supplied equipment manufactured by local mechanical supplier. Report to project manager. Supervise the fulfillment of the manufacturing instructions (Seller’s standard) and DIN Standards (latest version). Sample inspection on selected parts, including bought-out items and assembled equipment. Solve occurring quality problems. Decide on ascertain deviations with regards to usability, possibly re quired rework or rejection in cooperation with the technical depart ments in line with responsibilities agreed. Inform the Buyer and the project team about quality problems and order progress and perform inspection activities with the Buyer or his representative. Check and record completeness of inspection documentation of the local manufacturer. Release for delivery Test sequences etc., if necessary, supervise the Co-Manufacturers inspections. Plan the Buyer’s pre-inspection and final acceptance procedures in line with the responsibilities agreed. More work will be in manufacturers’ shop to supervise local equipment manufacturing according to specification and manufacturing drawing provided by engineering company.
