The Control System Engineer II is part of the Operation Support Department, within Dalkia Asia Technical&Operation Direction 2. Within the Dalkia Asia Technical team, the Control System Engineer II will be in charge of Dalkia site support for operation of control system and automation. He will have to audit existing control system and will be in charge of automation and control system engineering study. 3. He must have experience in Building Automation (design, installation and commissioning) and must be familiar with program language and control software. He has working experience with PLC (Program Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System) and SCADA system. He knows well about general control equipment or instrument. He is speaking Chinese and English (or French). He will have to travel over Asia area. 4. He’d better be familiar with Johnson/Honneywell/Simens Building Automation control system such as S-600, S7-300. 5. He should be active and have sense of responsibility. MAIN TASKS AND CHALLENGES 1- Support for operation of electric system on Dalkia site: § He will organize Dalkia sites Control System audit. § He will prepare report following the audit including improvements for better efficiency and operation optimization. § He will optimize Control System in the Dalkia District Heating or Cooling Network. § He will optimize Automation for Heating&Cooling Plant or Cogeneration Plant Operation § He will organize training for staff on site regarding Automation&Control System 2- Automation and Control System auditing for new Project Part of the Technical team in charge of Project auditing, he will be in charge of : § Auditing automation system following Dalkia standard. § Checking installation and verification of equipment quality § Advising on the automation, control system audited and proposing improvement for energy savings and better Operation. § Costing of the improvement proposed for the budget preparation. 3- Control Engineering study: § He will review any existing drawing and software taking into account local standards requirements, Dalkia specifications and specific site conditions. § He will have to participate in the project planning preparation within the team: preliminary design, sizing equipment, working planning etc. § He will assist on working planning and organization program revue. § He will assist for equipment commissioning. § He will work on Supplier Contract preparation: scope of work, budget, technical specifications of material and equipment, construction standard, expected functionalities, staff qualifications etc. § He will implement Dalkia Asia documentation for Automation and Control System equipment.
