He/She will be responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities in the automotive (OE and After Market), special vehicles and marine industry in China. 飩� Research the market opportunities for these products and gather target groups. 飩� Act as a local sales manager to lead and coordinate new projects in accordance with the head quarter in Germany. 飩� Negotiate with customers, distributors and retailers 飩� Develop the regional business by establishing a regional presence and ensure satisfactory relationships with business partners in the related market. 飩� Coordinate with overseas team members to make sure services and orders are delivered on schedule. 飩� The candidate must have the potential to work as a Sales Manager in the near future. The position is based on a long-term cooperation. 3b. Qualifications 飩� Chinese as a native language with excellent written and spoken English skills. 飩� The candidate should hold a degree in general business. 飩� Previous relevant work experience in the automotive, special vehicles and marine market is desired but not necessarily prerequisite. Working experience in foreign companies in China would be highly preferred. 飩� Previous relevant work experience as a Sales Manager or a Marketing Manager. 飩� He should be able to work as an all-rounder in this related branch and be open-minded in developing new business opportunities to distribute the products successfully. 飩� He/she must be highly motivated, team orientated and able to work independently. 飩� Ability to communicate effectively, possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to structure and organize the work process is necessary. 飩� Very good computer skills (MS Office) 飩� The Candidate must be career-minded and flexible without restrictions. 飩� Intercultural expertise. 飩� Ability to work under pressure.
