职位类别: 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点: 北京 发布日期: 2008-03-24 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 是 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: 我们的客户是生产制冷压缩机的大型中外合资企业,生产家用冰箱上的活塞式压缩机。 Role: Develop and coordinate: - New opportunities in supplier’s relationship (important negotiations, potential suppliers, alternative services, new technologies implementation) New procurement techniques team update (about market analysis, quotation, negotiation, contract) Financial Analysis Operate and coordinate: - Service level increase strategies, and acquisition costs reduction opportunities search - Supplier’s development and homologation - Contract management - High quality service to the internal client guarantee - Constant feedback and Improvement activities together with the Units and suppliers Focus on result: - Ability to conduct the activities of his/her responsibility, aligned to the organization corporate strategies and goals referred to his/her direct obligations Capacity to control goals and results evolution, achieved throughout the planned conducted activities, as well as operational and financial management limitations Ability to communicate and attend directly the subordinates, about the goals and results - Continuous understanding about the market dynamics and tendencies, and about the material and services development. Technical Knowledge: - Area’s business knowledge, and deep supplier’s basis knowledge - Capacity to plan and execute properly the activities of his/her responsibility, besides of being able to plan appropriate activities to the team - Supplier’s negotiation ability - Analytical capacity about the market’s and current supplier’s behavior, as well as internal reports - Ability to operate on SAP and e-business Management Knowledge: - Ability to take secure decisions about activities and internal strategies, and problem resolutions for themes that regard directly to them - Competency to search for and create innovated negotiations with new techniques, optimized routines, different reports, leading to cost reductions and process optimization - New business identification capacity, according to the market relationship and internal organization needs Human Relation Competency: - Healthy Relationship and interaction ability with other members from the team, interface areas, and suppliers - Oriented leadership capability over subordinates, leading direction for their decisions and tasks Others: - College degree in Engineering or Business School (recommended), master degree (recommended) - English (mandatory), mandarin (recommended for international positions) 联系方式: nina.nie @zhaopin.com.cn .
