Location: Shanghai, China Position Summary: - The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Corporate Product Management teams to deliver winning products. It also includes working with Tech Support, Customer Services, Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager"s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company"s overall strategy, goals and profitability. Job Description: - Undertake Annual product&technology research and incorporate findings in the development of the product portfolio plan. - Define the product strategy, roadmap, business case, pricing, mix, portfolio, gaps, and opportunities&launch plans. - Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification - Perform regular competitive analysis on price, performance, features, services, growth&market share - Develop the core positioning, messaging, USP&KSP for the product - Conduct Train the Trainer session to all internal concerning partners on all related technologies and products - Manage and facilitate product quality escalations and requests - Ensure all products gone through it¡¯s due diligence in testing, approval, NPI processes prior to public launch - Set pricing to meet individual product and overall revenue as well as profitability goals - Ensure product availability prior to the launch - Develop all product marketing, NPI and EOL plans - Develop monthly product business delta, competitive intelligence, slow inventory, budget, forecast and action plan - Develop quarterly product business and market share plan - Develop sales tools and collateral - Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples to speed up sell in and sell out adoptions - Act as a Product leader within the company Qualifications/Requirements: - Have hard core 5 yrs of hands on experience from market and consumer segmentation, to developing and implementing successful plans and programs based on the segmentation findings. - Experience in driving partners and consumers opportunities to achieve business goals and brand values. - Familiar with the respective channels, consumer behaviors, marketing and research agencies, key players and influencer and have relationships with them. - A strong team player who think out of the box, good interpersonal skills, highly organize, able to set clear directions and plans, effective and assertive to run and drive regional campaigns/initiatives via different countries are critical.
