职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-03-10 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Work for world-class food/beverage company Attractive package, training and career development opportunity Based in Shanghai Responsibilities : - Help build the new Global Process Development department in Shanghai via recruiting and developing direct reports - Work closely with Global R , Universities, Suppliers, Engineering and Manufacturing to identify or invent new process technologies that can deliver a sustainable competitive advantage and/or facilitate the development of new product formulations around the world - Manage project teams in the development of new technologies, from bench to pilot plant to plant trials - Manage project teams and support the commercialisation of the new process technologies - Build and lead teams which invent, develop and support the commercialisation of new processing technologies which deliver sustainable competitive advantages for growth and/or brand value Requirements - People and Team Management Skills: Must be able to recruit and develop talent, build teams, and inspire others - Innovation: Must be highly creative, but at the same time possess analytical skills necessary to effectively assess ideas from both internal and external sources - Deliver Results: Must be self-motivated and have ability to effectively motivate resources - Cross-Functional Relationships: Must be able to build good working relationships with colleagues from other functions such as R and Manufacturing - Strong Engineering background required with experience in mass and heat transfer unit operations - Project and program management skills required - Knowledge of Food and Beverage industry a plus - Typically receives assignments in the form of projects and results expected but has freedom to decide on priorities and how to accomplish assignments. - 7+ years experience managing teams in process development and/or engineering function, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry - BS, MS or PhD in Chemical, Mechanical or Food Engineering - Fluency in spoken and written English required - Travel from 5 50% of work time under normal conditions 联系方式： Please submit your application, in strict confidence, to shresume@hudson.com quoting Ref number 15337 /CMG or call Cissy Meng at 23217888-847 for a confidential discussion.
