Play a key role in the creation of monitoring and analytic solutions enabling Oracle customers to operate large-scale enterprise IT operations efficiently, and in full compliance with industry best practices such as ITIL and COBIT. Work with leading edge technologies such as Java and Web 2.0. Work closely with top developers of the Oracle database and Oracle Applications. Be a part of a worldwide, leading edge development organization, with sites in China, the USA, Europe and India. The System Management Products (SMP) group builds software product suite, Enterprise Manager, that improves manageability of the entire Oracle ecosystem. Customers benefit from higher levels of automation when deploying and operating Oracle software, and from lower total cost of ownership (TCO). This is a strategic area of expansion for Oracle as we grow our data center presence and build more comprehensive offerings against the likes of Oracle"s competition. Enterprise Manager (EM) is web-based and is built using standard middle-tier technologies including Java, J2EE, JDBC, XML and etc. The team is responsible Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Configuration Standards (Policies) to support ITIL processes that are bundled as Configuration Management Pack of Oracle Grid Control.
