Position: Production Manager Job Location: Shanghai Report to:AC Mgr RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up dept objective and follow company short and long term objective; Prepare production plan by forecast and ensure production plan implement timely; Design and optimize the production process to improve the productivity; The new production transfer project team leader, manager the new production transfer from other site; Assembly line set up and balance; Bom prepared and ECN timely implement; Site visual control, standard labor hour continue reduced; Team leader for lean production deployment in company; Ensure safety of personnel through proper manufacturing procedures, housekeeping and training to maintain a safe and clean environment and the compliance with all local regulations; Maintain good communication&relationship with dept. staff and peers; Coordinate with equal Dept. to ensure the good maintenance function and efficiency; Support logistic department to fulfill all I , purchasing, and planning task; Work with quality department to continue and improve the production quality to exceed the customers’ requirement; Prepare the dept budget and control; Train subordinates in all job requirements and development. REQUIREMENTS: Education: University degree, engineering background preferred; Work Experience: Above 5 years work experience and 3-5 years supervisory experience in related fields, preferable JV experience, self-starter, working under pressure, presentable; Specific Knowledge: PC skills, good presentation and organization skills; Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English; Business Understanding: Must understand business process and importance of teamwork and communication.
