Solution selling: - 4-6 years of complex solution selling experience is a MUST. - SI background or solid experience in selling SOA/integration solutions from BEA, IBM, Tibco, WebMethod, SeeBeyond or Vitria is a big plus. . Account management: - 4-6 years large account management experience is a MUST. - over-achievement track records and large customer references is a big plus . Industry knowledge: - 3-5 years of industry experience in the region is a MUST. .
