ְλÀà±ð£º ÄÜÔ´/¿ó²ú/µØÖÊ¿±²é ¹¤×÷µØµã£º Ìì½ò ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-04-03 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Work Location: TEDA Office , China Purpose: The Shut-down/Operations Planner position for Bohai Operations central planner group is accountable for developing Shut down specific work plans, and when required, small project, maintenance, and inspection work plans, generating accurate job packages and cost estimates, releasing planned work orders, and creating task lists for repeatable jobs utilizing SAP Accountabilities and End Results: Develop accurate and detailed job work packs (specific focus on Shut-down related work) Generate cost estimates Release planned work orders Create task lists for repeatable jobs Conduct work in SAP Requisition materials&services Interface with procurement buyers Interface with approved contractors Organize and schedule contract services Estimate maintenance resource requirements Ensure correct cost settlement on work orders Primary Functions: Supports and satisfies the policies, goals, efforts and programs of the BU"s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Ensures HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility. Planning and estimating labor, material and contractor resources for Shut-down and operational planning as required. Generating accurate and complete planning packages to maximize craft productivity. Reviewing, estimating, and planning all daily work activities to support the area and craft. Developing plan task list library in SAP Constructively resolve priority, scope, job step, and resource requirements in collaboration with operations. Create weekly and daily work schedules. Critiquing and adjusting plan/task lists for completed jobs based on information from craft and supervisors. Completing work orders, notifications and documentation as necessary in the maintenance tracking system. Complying with all policies and procedures and all Federal, State and local regulations. Will need to occasionally work outdoors exposed to weather elements. Know and observe safe work practices including wearing personal protective equipment. Mentoring/Cross-Training: Mentor and cross-train new or lesser experienced Operations dept. employees Knowledge Sharing: Participate in the NoE for Integrated Asset Planning in order to promote professional development. Critical Skills: Appropriate Technical Education (Minimum), Engineering degree (Preferred) 5 years experience in planning, scheduling, project management systems, with additional skills in word processing, spreadsheet applications HES Awareness and positive attitude toward safety and environmental initiatives Ability to plan/schedule multiple projects (planning, scheduling) Good English speaking skills and writing proficiency Strong skills for conceptualizing and analyzing priorities and plan conflicts General understanding of industrial equipment, and machinery maintenance Ability to work with various department employees to build and maintain plans Reporting Relationships: Reports to: Maintenance Superintendent Work Contacts: Daily with Operations Engineering, Maintenance, and A Teams (Onshore&Offshore) Maintains a broad network of contact from many other departments including outside contractors to obtain information relevant to the Planner"s output and to discuss planning strategies and processes. Challenges: Collect reliable information from every department or group timely; Create a effective way to communicate with different locations, keep updating plans, ensure plans are effective in optimizing offshore work efficiency Other Information: Independence of Operation: Expected to work independently with brief oversights provided by supervisor. Works and makes day-to-day decisions after detailed analysis in accordance with established procedures and specialized guidelines.
