Responsibilities:- - To be responsible for the planning of regional VM program in accordance with the marketing campaign, supervise the execution of VM program, effective control of VM budget. a) Oversee the implementation of regional VM plans, fixturing program and shop opening plans to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence to create strong brand presence for Columbia in China . b) Control regional VM, fixturing and shop opening budget and supervise related VM and shop opening expenses within the given budget to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the VM spend. c) Approve the shop designs in the region and ensure the quality of construction to achieve desirable brand image, effectively utilize the selling space. d) Closely work with Regional Brand Manager to guide, supervise and provide thorough on-the-job training to regional display team. Build strong team spirit and staff moral to deliver quality performance. e) Regular market visit to individual key cities, 2nd cities and 3rd cities to maintain close working relationship with retailers. Derive effective VM program and shop design for the retailers. f) Work closely with A team to formulate effective regional VM support according to the product launch plan and A plan. g) Work closely with the A team to support regional product team for the tradeshow preparation. h) Supervise the team to provide regional display training to retailers on regular basis. i) Work closely with the VM team of other regions to support the smooth launch of the VM campaign, fixturing support and shop opening issues.
