职位类别： 质控/安检 环境科学/环保 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-01-24 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: The role of Senior EHS Engineer is responsible for: -Implementation of EHS organization roadmap in the organization -Interface with global relative team -Implementation of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 management system 1.Operational responsibilities -Implementation of organizational EHS activities -Communicate with global EHS team -Support EHS system establishment and implementations in the organization -Coach employees on EHS requirements; -Follow up with the new EHS applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements in the industry and pass the knowledge to the organization -Monitor EHS performance and prepare metrics report regarding EHS; -Coordinate internal and external environment, health, safety, corporate social responsibility management system audit. -Implementation of EHS related training to employees -Participate in the organizational process improvement 2.Development responsibilities -Develop and rollout EHS processes and tools -Develop and maintain EHS webpage and database -Provide input to organizational metrics report regarding EHS -Provide consulting for the organization and EHS analysis -Develop ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 required documents and training courses Requirements: -Expert in EHS relative standard, methodology and tools -Familiar with Process Improvement knowledge including ISO/CMMI -Familiar with Mobile communication knowledge -Six Sigma knowledge and tools -Fluent in spoken and written English -Teamwork skills -Communication skills -Good sense of responsibility and services -Training and mentoring skills 联系方式： Jobs.Beijing@cn.flextronics.com .
