Headquartered in UK, it has manufacturing operation all over the world. Overview / Information To accommodate massive growth and great market demand, our client is planning to expand its operation in China. This position is primarily a "Greenfield" project manager role, managing new plant building project, and other facilities building project management in due course. This role is also exposed to handle engineering and operation functions of existing and new operations. Project Management Planning and Design Management Project Implementation Cost Control, Procurement and Contract Administration. Construction Governing Authority and Utility Company Coordination Project Close Out 2. Business Continuity Management Business continuity training to employees Assessment of Emergency Response plan to identify any gaps for improvement and evaluate existing process. Operation risk assessment Develop IT Disaster Recovery Plan Provide initial framework for managing crisis, enhance current communication protocols, and provide an executive management platform to recover critical business functions Skills, Knowledge and Personal Attributes 8+ years related experience, education background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred Strong people management skills. Strong organizational/time management skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical skills Strong effective communications skills Ability to interact with senior management and all levels of staff Fluent in English and Chinese.
