Working closely with business unit management, the Internal Audit Team utilizes the latest audit techniques and technologies to ensure that they are conducting value-added audits. Responsibilities: - Internal Audit Manager will report to Internal Audit Director; Internal Auditor will report to Internal Audit Manager - Internal Audit Manager need to hire, supervise and develop a team of highly competent and professional audit staff - Travel across the region and audit business units in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan - Manage audits to ensure timely completion. - Identify potential areas of company risk - Make recommendations on areas of improvement - Publish clear and concise audit reports - Develop annual audit plans based on risk assessment covering financial and compliance audits Qualification: - Degree holder with accounting, business, finance or economics background - Top overseas business school graduates are preferable - 3 to 5 years of experience in audit with "Big 4" accounting firms will be considered for the Internal Auditor position - 6 or above years of experience in audit with "Big 4" accounting firms will be considered for the Internal Audit Manager position - Rich experience in auditing Fortune 500 companies - Overseas working experience is a plus - Track record of academic and career achievements - Professional qualification such as CPA, CIA and ACCA is strongly preferred - Knowledge with US GAAP, IAS, FAS is a plus but not a must - Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation and compliance is an advantage - A committed team player - Willing-to-learn attitude and strong capability in self-study are required - High energy level and good work ethics - Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity - Willing to travel frequently - Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both written and oral) is essential Your interest will be treated in the strictest of confidence. 联系方式： Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package, comprehensive training programs, fair career advancement, flexible internal transfer and overseas working opportunities for talented candidates.
