To achieve that, the person should be able to conduct effective communication between different teams and be able to make comprehensive analysis on both business process and system functionality. And deliver functional training to users Job Responsibilities: Complete below tasks in areas including TP; COPA;SWB; E-banking; FPPS interface; Understand and document the as-is process after comprehensive analysis in detail level. Identify business change opportunities to improve current process, Design to-be process that meeting both business requirement and system functionality Conduct effective communication to business ensure the understanding are align with each other Give training to user team, ensure they get sufficient knowledge to work with new system and process Ensure all milestone are achieved with good quality Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role: 1.
