Coordinating with local design force to ensure assigned project principles and objectives to be fully met in design. To check that engineering/design is to comply with national and international standards and codes Coordinating with local design institute and subcontractor for approval of the design by local authorities Key Process (Ownership/Participation): § Take the responsibility of all utilities engineering work for assigned projects, inclusive of concept design/proposal, equipment recommendation/sourcing, costing, standards setting up,&project implementation. § Proceed Supplier Quality Surveillance for the vendors of critical equipment § Conduct vendor documents/drawings review, fabrication procedure checking, and plant inspection. To ensure ABP specifications are met. § Participate in Factory Acceptance Test for critical equipment § Take the safety leadership on training/controlling/improving for project subcontractor. § Lead checking of on-site delivered equipment and materials to ensure that relevant national, international standards are met. § Take the ownership of managing project technical filing system. § Establish and maintain good relationship with local authority Organizational Relationships: § Reports to Project Manager. Measures of Effectiveness: § Safety and housekeeping performance § Meet the key customers" requirements § Control the expenditure under the budget § Complete projects on time, within the budget, with quality Education&Work Experience: University degree and design institute working background is a plus 5 years more engineering/design experience in section of utilities, being plus for factory utilities service management experience. Working knowledge in Electrical, cooling, Air conditioning/Ventilation, Air compress or and steam applications. To be familiar with Nature gas or LPG burning system is a must.
