Constantly monitor existing processes and drive continuous improvements.(mainly for machinery, heat treatment and testing stand) 开发并监督流程的性能。持续监督并驱动现有的流程改进。（主要为机械加工，热处理和实验台） c.Reduce process variability usingQuality toolsand problem solving techniques. 通过质量工具和问题解决技巧来降低流程的可变性 d.Initiate studies of capital equipment requirements based on capacity studies and new product lines.
