Report to Sr Brand Marketing Manager 2. To observe and analyze the market and develop strategic and effective marketing programs to enhance the magazine¡¯s brand awareness and preference, moreover, to ensure a systematic and measurable approach to all of them 3. To initiate and execute effective circulation/readership driven promotional programs by working closely with the circulation department 4. To ensure consistent branding of your title in all internal and external communications, handle the good relationship between corporate brand and product brand 5. To ensure the security of valuable marketing information 6. To gain new subscribers as well as encourage existing subscribers to renew subscription, do more CRM related affairs and foster brand loyalty 7. To develop partnerships and co-branding activities, to make money from co-branded events 8. To assist advertising sales team in their marketing efforts to the advertising community including ensuring consistent branding and effective marketing execution 9. To provide weekly reports on marketing activities including quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaigns run Requirements £º 1. University graduate or above 2. At least 5 years of marketing-related working experience, previous magazine marketing experience a plus 3. Experience in account service in 4A advertisement agency or int¡¯l PR agency is a plus 4. Fluent in English, speaking, listening, especially written 5. Hard working and high responsibility in the position, able to work effectively in a matrix environment 6. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills 7. Self motivated, and strive for success with limited resources 8. Good analytical and quantitative skills ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
