The implementation includes customer liaison, technical, logistical and commercial issues. Principal Responsibilities 1 Ensure the implementation of new products into the Su Zhou manufacturing facility by means of directing project teams via project managers. Key success factors will include rapid and on time delivery and high right first time qualification builds. 2 Develop, implement and continuously improve all activities related to manufacturing process design l Project management (PM) of each planned NPI product; l Qualification of process by using tools like D-FMEA (Failure Mode&Effects Analysis) 3 Ensure Products Life Management to maintain process validity including undertaking ECO implementation. 4 Lead and direct the Test Management function to ensure both test development for NPI and provide highly reliable production test platforms 5 Locally manage the central services of: l Quote compilation l Part number input and management 6 To participate in the site management team (SMT) and contribute to improve site management. Qualifications&Experience University degree in a relevant subject. At least 6 years of relevant management experience 2 years of experience of management of large groups of staff Experience in the Electronics business Good written and oral English 联系方式： .
