To communicate and feedback daily salary offer and salary annual review in line with national policy. Support to participate in salary survey and implementation of incentive scheme if necessary 了解分区员工工资和相关福利项目,按照总部相关政策沟通或反馈日常薪资给付及年度工资调整方案必要时协助参加薪酬调查和激励奖方案的实施 Employee Relations 员工关系: Implement relevant employee relations measures and policies that will ensure good employee climate, high morale and effective communication.
