In charge of the STC budget allocation and monitoring and in conjunction with the other DSC supervisor, to work to identify performance gaps and initiate appropriate improvement response to address the issues 通过对销售业绩的严格监控、分析及产生销售业绩报告,提供有意义分析及预测的信息,帮助分区管理层去了解并疏通将来的业务管理方向。与区域直接渠道其他经理合作,确定业绩方面的差距,发现问题并采取相应的改进措施.同时负责渠道内预算分配及监控 Accountabilities Sales Information/Data Management&Analyses 销售信息/数据管理和分析 Generate reports and archive them accordingly 设计并完成报告 Understand the various internal systems and its linkages to each other to extract the appropriate data from, as and when required 了解不同内部系统数据之间的差异并能够在需要的时候获得适当的数据 Provide company management with regular Sales performance reports and analysis across all Sales channels 定期为公司管理层提供所有渠道的销售业绩报告和分析 Provide Sales data and analysis to area and station departments as their requests 根据要求,为区域、分支机构其他部门提供销售数据和分析 STC budget allocation and Re-forecasting 预算分配和预测: Organize and responsible for the process of the STC Sales target, including set up and achievement forecasting. 通过有效的分配和预测方法,合理划分渠道内销售员销售预算和预测完成 Communication with Supervisor regarding the station/STC budget allocation method and confirmation 与销售主管预算分配的沟通 Pricing Management 价格管理: Implement national/Area pricing strategy in Area DSC and Pricing policy monitoring report 在渠道内跟进全国/区域的价格策略的执行并制作分析报告 Manage the special rate quotation for key customers and spot rate quotation for heavy weight shipments in Area DSC 管理本区域直接渠道的重要客户特价及重货特别价格的报价流程 Trains the Sales team in understanding and adhering to the pricing structure and strategies of the company 培训销售员理解并执行公司的价格体系和策略 Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel.
