职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-24 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 2人 职位描述/要求： REQUIREMENTS: - Great potential to learn and grow - More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing and product / project engineering - Long term career minded - individuals with experience in or interested in learning how to build and grow a business - Strong analytical skills - individual must be able to think through project details as well as the large strategic direction of the company - Engineering degree - mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, etc...From a 4 year institution - Understanding of automotive quality systems - TS, QS, would be an advantage - Experience in leading and growing teammates - Fluent English - willing to spend some time training in the US - Experience in project management and team management - Salary to be dependent on candidate’s ability and impact - Age between 25 and 35 ADDITIONALS: - Strong experience with automotive interiors - Strong experience with plastics, metal stamping, automation design, equipment integration - Strong experience in the tool and die industry - IT systems knowledge - Some experience in communicating and negotiating with customers - Some supplier development and purchasing knowledge Job Description Running production Operating and repairing our assigned specialized equipment. Understanding and Operating within Company quality mechanism and systems. Dealing appropriately and effectively with customers, suppliers etc. Communicating with our U.S based Engineers. Understanding our standards for mold and stamp tooling and understanding how to evaluate tool builders. Learn how to evaluate various costs and feasibilities. Practicing Company’s culture, business model and financial responsibility. Learning how to work with and lead other Engineers/Professionals within a small group.
