Define adaptable technical support structure based on KA sales strategy. Be the lawyer of a Global Key-Account inside the internal processes. l Regular customer site visit, build up and maintain relationship with customer. Initiate preventive actions for KAs to ensure a high customer satisfaction and prepare optimal conditions for a close relationship with our Global Key-Accounts. l Collect KA technical information, distribute to account team and management by regular report (e.g.: Minutes of meeting, open issue list). Provide data collection and maintenance about assigned sites on Key accounts in ERM/Siscope. Use Siscope as a communication platform to address customer complaints. l Technical issues management. Manage technical issues&requirements and address them to the responsible department (e.g. service, sales, Prod. Mgm., glob. TAM) l Drive local process owner to expedite the solution finding and implementation for KAs technical and commercial issues. Control the progress within the local team to maintain&improve the technical support for KAs. l Escalate to GTAM when the issues can not be solved locally and be the communication interface between customer and GMAT to provide necessary data. Prepare and initiate necessary actions from regional to global level. l Arrange technical meetings with KAs for GTAM when necessary. l Coordinate special technical project for KA-when necessary (e.g. SW/HW upgrade or special Applications) l Take over KA¡¯s technical issues from project management after machine acceptance and after evaluations. l Identify service and sales opportunities out of the customers service needs and forward to regional service and sales. Identify customer strength, weakness&gap of requirements. Qualification l University degree or above l Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role of multinational companies l Mature, pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills l Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and hardworking l Self-motivated and details concerning l Good command of English both in written and spoken, German skill is preferred Polestar Management Consulting is a talent consulting company specializing in executive search and maintaining a strong background in general employee recruitment as well.
