职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-24 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 大专 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Production Supervisor 生产 主管 -Wai Gaoqiao Job Responsibilities: - To plan and co-ordinate the various product lines to achieve pre-determined quality and quantity - To plan, manage and monitor the daily production activities and ensure there are achieved, if failed made necessary plan to recover - To plan and manage resource requirement and adjust to production planning demand changes.(hire, supervise, identify training needs and develop subordinate: Drive for production productivity improvement; Conduct appraisals and disciplinary action) - Participate in new product start up and qualification - Liaise with various departments to achieve the desire goals and objectives - Maintain the highest standard of housekeeping including keep chemic goods in good situation - Just in time production concept on shop-floor is a must - Accepts assigned added responsibility willingly and execute timely Key Tasks: - Implement production schedules: Proactive and ensure material status before production, control materials scrap and losses, produce and pack accordingly to production schedules - Drive for productivity improvement, reduce waste implement JIT concept - Lead to resolve line quality issues and implement irreversible corrective actions - Manage workgroup stability identify training needs and ensure training and development for the workgroup - Implement and maintain highest standard of housekeeping, be ready at all times. Enforce company’s policies and workgroup disciplines. Qualification 要求 : - College or Bachelor degree is preferred - At least 5 related years working experience in electronics product assembly industry. - Has rich knowledge of SMT /PCBA/ Box-build，SMT/PCBA experience is preferred - Just in time production concept on shopfloor is a must. - Be professional at shop floor technology on site problem solving skill - Strong leadership skills, dynamic, hard working, good team player. - Good people management skill - Good communication at all levels - Good command of oral&written English is preferred - Be able to work in shift pattern per production schedule, live nearby WGQ is preferred 联系方式： .
