RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop new accounts and applications for Power Generation market and Metal market in China 2. Builds, maintain long-term customer relationship with meet customers" satisfaction. Aligns with Its Business needs 3. Develop new market strategy and tactics 4. Technical support for new and existing customers. 5. Create the new marketing communication strategy together with global team 6. Handling all trade-show, conference and technical seminars etc. 7. Sharing knowledge and experience with global team REQUIREMENTS: 1. University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background) 2. More than 5 yrs sales experience in Chemical, Metal, Mineral or Energy market, 3. Leadership experience or potential 4. Able to understand key Technical knowledge for dry filtration business 5. Experience in production, operation or technical support role in the relative market 6. Good business sense and negotiation skill 7. General understanding of sales, marketing and marketing communications 8. General Sense of Strategic Selling 9. Good communication and Technical Presentation skill 10. Good at building and maintaining a relationship with people 11. Excellent written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese 12. Strong self assurance and Confidence 13. Enthusiasm/Energy, Learning ability, Proactive; self-motivation 14. Good at Interpersonal communication skills, Out-of-box spirit, Respect teamwork 15. Easy to fit with Its culture 16.
