ְλÀà±ð£º Éú²ú/¼Ó¹¤/ÖÆÔì ¹¤³Ì»úе ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-04-23 ¹¤×÷¾­Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾­Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º ----Overview The Regional Continuous Improvement Specialist will be a resource of lean expertise for Asia Pacific manufacturing sites and will facilitate the manufacturing change process through design and implementation of Lean through using cross-functional teams ----Principle Accountabilities Achieves operational results within 18-month transformation process, and subsequent continuous improvement -Primary builder of capabilities and trainer of all lean tools in Toyota Production System during plant transformation efforts (e.g., VSM, pull systems, line balance, Standard Work, part presentation, ergonomic, leveling, TPM, Error Proofing, 8D, 5S, Visual Management, Process Capability, Wrench time management, etc.); builds capabilities using both written materials and experientially -Help to solve the problems with the disciplines/tools mentioned above to achieve finanacial objectives -Leads cross-functional teams through transformation and continuous improvement in wide range of manufacturing environments, including assembly, machining, foundry, etc -Interacts with different functions of an operation (e.g., manufacturing engineering, safety, Maintenance, purchasing, product development, etc) ----Education/Experience This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor¡¯s degree (preferably mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering). Advance degree desirable (not required) with at least five years project experience. -Lean Manufacturing experience a must. Six Sigma Green- or Black-Belt certification a bonus. -Experience in the following skills: project management, strong interpersonal communication, influencing, and strong PC software abilities are essential -Understands and has implemented all elements of the Toyota Production System in world class Lean environments, but has strength in OEE improvement -Good leadership and team-building experience -Understands and embraces broader business context and multiple objectives of program; training, skill transfer, lean tool, and financial emphasis -Demonstrated ability to both plan, execute and steer process change -Performance attributes: self-starter; positive, but demanding; decisive; collaborative; inscrutable integrity; strong work ethic -Project management experience: coordinate multiple activities; work closely with core CI teams and management teams at manufacturing sites -Lean transformation experience -Willingness to routinely travel to different sites (90% time) -Systematic thinking and do it - try - and improve attitudes -Understands and has implemented all elements of Total Productive Maintenance -Clear understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness to improve machine uptime and utilization under various environments ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º Address (Chinese): ÉϺ£Êй㶫·500ºÅÊÀ½çóÒ×´óÏÃ17Â¥ Address (English): 17F, World Trade Tower, No. 500 Guangdong Road, Shanghai,200001 Contact: Angela Email Address: LVSCHINA.HR@ArvinMeritor.com .
