Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve process capability to reduce CoF for all traditional CoF accounts along with margin erosion, billing quality, unbilled, and receivables. Work closely with all functional areas to reduce CoF that is hard to detect and quantify, including failure to follow the Quality Management System (QMS) or no QMS documentation. Support development and execution of 1-OC QMS through BB and GB projects and mentoring Establish programs to reduce inventory and increase turns in areas of slow moving inventory. Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute projects. Communicate teams" progress to Champions, Business Leaders, and MBBs. Educate, coach, and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean/Six Sigma philosophy and application. Identify potential process improvement projects (incoming inspection / SQE / process inspection / calibration / QMS).
