Lead QC team and prepare/review quality instruction to each operation/station, from incoming, process to final inspection, and train/monitor operator&inspector to implement approved system effectively. 3. Routing survey IQC/PQC/FQC team and approve the disposition as per OEM/After-marketing requirement daily basis, to issue non-conformity report to Prod./DC/Purchasing Department and push them solve the problem on target time. 4. Initiate FTQ study to OEM project and issue the report daily basis, analysis and identify the improvement opportunity and take the action to reach project quality and non-quality costing target 5. Hold weekly production meeting to review quality performance/trend and issue task list and trace related department to solve the problem and close on time. 6. Support QA engineer to take containment action to failure issue and involve 8D solution team, find good solution, such as error proof, to reduce the risk of detection/gauge system. 7. Data driven to continuous improvement Requirement: 1. University degree or above in relevant field. 2. Working experience in a J/V or WOFE doing OEM business over 5 years; 3. Familiar with ISO 9000 and TS16949 system; 4. At least 2 years experience in QC supervisor/manager level; 5. Good skill in computer 6.
