Responsibility Take initiative on research and extend technical field Training and develop the technical team. And build up the case study database Conduct training to the sales team in new product and new technology Collect customer feedback to our products and find way out to the possible problem by analysis and research Conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews; and Handling escalated customer complaints. Responsible for providing troubleshooting for connectivity issues. Communicate to HQ office on technical matter, be the liaison person between the technical service department in HQ and customers in the region. Understand technically competitor"s activities in the market; Define technology and product selection criteria based on internal requirements ; Collect Technical intelligence and analyze as many competitor"s products as possible to understand about competitor"s technology. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Education Bachelor degree or above, in Technical, Electrical, Mechanical or related education Working Experience Process more than 5 Years installation, service, maintenance or related experience, Have strong skill in electrical installation and maintenance on industrial machinery equipment. Work in MNC is preferred. Other Qualifications Good at English in verbal and oral, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, motivational skills. Good organizational and communication skills; Strong analytical and Computer Skills, strong ability to plan and manage time; Proactive and aggressive in business, Self-driven and result oriented.
