It is a diversified manufacturer of a wide range of products in many markets and operated in over 70 countries with more than 20 Billion USD business worldwide Position Summary: Support Sales Commercial managers on credit management and analysis, reporting&other projects. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide Professional Learning Solutions Consultancy from needs analysis to solutions proposal to key internal customers, in line with - Competency model, development guide and other learning resources - Roll out and manage quality of annual training plan of People Effectiveness Skills programs, eg communication skills - Support execution of people development processes, eg competency model/process - Build learning atmosphere across it, such as group learning, E-learning - Facilitate tailor-made general softskills training to internal customers per request - Manage 3rd party vendors" performance on People Effectiveness Skills Programs - Support New College Graduates Development Program - Support internal Function Partners people development, eg, Finance, CSR development programs SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Strong presentation&facilitation skills, project management skills - Strong interpersonal, influencing skills - Skills of designing team building/experiential learning activities - English proficiency, excellent Excel and PPT skills - Mature, open and willing to share, a team player - Capability of working under stress, and handling multiple projects - 3-5 years" experiences in Learning roles in Multinational companies - Experience of providing customized learning solutions to internal customers - Good network with 3rd party Training Vendors and learning professionals from leading firms - Expereicnes of applying competency model and assessment process or tools - Experience of managing e-learning programs is preferred - Certification with TTT sessions of several General Softskills Programs is preferred 联系方式: .
