To be the focal point within the company in relation to these accounting functions and as such working closely in partnership with other departments Continually strengthening and improving controllership and efficiency within accounting processes to ensure optimal internal control and streamlined processes. Job Description 1. Involvement of implement and improve operation processes and management information systems. 2. Establishment of Amazon accounting policies and processes in relation to accounts payable and CAPEX. 3. Team leader who will be the point person for accounts payable and CAPEX accounting functions across the firm and Seattle HQ. 4. Manage and maintains ledgers and account reconciliations for balance sheet and P items in relation to accounts payable to ensure proper and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with US and PRC GAAP. 5. Timely and accurately deliver financial results per corporate closing schedule and ensure all financial information is in line with Corporate accounting policies, US and PRC GAAP. 6. Personal drive automated accounting processes to minimize manual work and compliance risk to gain business efficiencies. 7. Manage and develops staff and processes to ensure smooth workflow and effective communications with various functional teams. 8. Lead and execute special projects as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or above, - Excellent technical expertise in domestic and US finance/accounting matters, internal control and compliance and taxation planning, and taxation. - Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills, - Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, - Strong commitment to excellence and process improvement, - Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Relevant Experience: - 5-7 years of related work experience in MNC (preferably from a FMCG background) Experience in ERP is preferred. - 联系方式： .
