职位描述(Job Descriptions)： - Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements. - Responsible for staff and equipment management in production lines, ensure that all technical process and quality are followed. - Responsible for controlling and developing production process to improve quality and productivity. - Continuously improve the level of production team. - Cost accountability for actual costs vs. standard costs. - Maintain ISO procedures and personnel training. - Other Duties As Assigned. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： - BS Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience accompanied by 3 years management experience. - Ability to read and speak English and interact in a constructive manner with other disciplines in manufacturing process. - Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical field especially in machining processes, experience in precision machining/grinding/ceramic grinding preferred. - Experience with a WOFE within or outside PRC is preferred. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control a plus. - Living in Tanggu is prefered. .
