Development of a Partner Solutions Centre will ensure Oracle drives towards a strategic leadership position in the China market and a compelling value proposition in China for local regional and global partners KEY OBJECTIVE To develop industry solutions for China/ APAC market based on Oracle Applications, Peoplesoft Enterprise, Siebel and other applications; To Help partner to build their industry solution, product integration; SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To make Oracle Applications, Peoplesoft Enterprise, Siebel solution development ; 2. To make technical design, coding and testing based on Oracle standard solution development process and methodology; 3. Be the expert for Oracle Development platform and tools being worked on ; 4. To execute functional testing to ensure the Applications product quality; 5. To execute Oracle application integration with 3 rd party product 6. To be the Project Manager to help coordinate related internal resource and partner resource to deliver the industry solution. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING 1. BS or MS in Computer, Business or Industry Engineer 2. 2-5 years working experience, at least 2 years development in Oracle Applications, Peoplesoft Enterprise or Siebel; Familiar with Oracle Applications, Peoplesoft Enterprise or Siebel architecture and object library; 3. Solid development experience in any the following areas: Project management Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle developer Suite, OA Framework; PeopleTools, Query/Crystal Power Combo, Application Engine, PeopleCode; Siebel Tools, Business Integration tools etc. 4. Familiar with Unix/Linux/Windows OS; 5. Functional experience in any of the following areas is preferred: Asset management , Financials, Discrete or Process Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HRMS/Payroll and Project Management etc; 6. Strong system analytical, design, process improvement, testing, and troubleshooting skills; 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; 8.
