To manage supplier audit activities in Shanghai. To manage overall suppliers’ performance (e-scorecard) in co-ordination with functional departments based on suppliers’ price, quality, delivery and service. To communicate with Purchasing, Sourcing, and Plant IQC on supplier performance and guide factory SQA to generate action plan against key problematic suppliers to improve their quality performance and manage their liability. To guide factory SQA to drive supplier continuous improvement and supplier development. To provide training and guidance to staff. To work with commodity team in supply base reduction and operation to launch supplier certification program. Requirement: Supervise a team of SQA Engineers in SH. Responsible for driving overall suppliers’ performance improvement by developing Supplier development plan and phase out plan. Interface closely with operation team to understand their needs and devise supplier strategy accordingly. Responsible for launching the supplier certification program in SH. Responsible for monitoring the achievement of KPI by SH SQA team and reporting the progress on a monthly basis. University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering with 8 years’ experiences in supplier quality management or related activities with min. 3 of them working as a Senior SQA Engineer. Fluent in both spoken and written English Quality and technical oriented with good inter-personal and communication skill. Sound knowledge in system thinking and process Adequate presentation and reporting skill required. Good supervisory skills. Familiarize with ISO9000/ISO14000/SA8000/TS16949/TL9000 standard. Certified ISO 9000 Auditor preferred. Good knowledge in component characteristics and manufacturing process. 联系方式： .
