Report any failings of carriers and subcontractors to the OP manager Prepare per-alert and send to destination office. Update AMS/ACI Paper in USA/CANADA Customs Import 2000 system, send the manifest US/CA customs, check and collect AMS/ACI feedback infm. Deal with e-booking business on carrier website. Coordinator with ocean carrier for any problems&coordinator with oversea UPS SCS office. Job Requirements: College or university graduate. Good communication skills and strong responsibility. Excellent command in both verbal&written English, at least CET 4, and pc skills. At least one year working experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry, familiar with ocean export operation procedure.
