DIMENSIONS List the data which will show the scope and scale of activities with which this job is concerned directly or indirectly. For example, number of subordinates, the budget controlled directly, gross sales, number of products, number of customers, plant replacement value, authorization limits etc. Number of subordinates: 1-2 Brand / product scope: emulsion - Performance segment Geographical coverage: National ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP See Attached PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Describe the major responsibilities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved. - Under supervision of MM, develop and implement annual communication plan for Prodoct¡¯s Performance - Implement communication plan mainly on TV media, magazine ad, outdoor, flagship store and POSM development. - Develop annual media plan with advertising agency ( 4A ) to maximize cost efficiency and review execution results on monthly basis for refinements - Develop e-marketing plan to help achieve brand objective, i.e. awareness to consideration. - Supports MM for copy development. - Manage creative and media agencies, and several local agencies on project basis. - Liaises with Sales force to identify strengths and weaknesses of brand program and recommends corrective action as necessary. - Liaises with BTL team and channel team to ensure the syndication of ATL and BTL activities. - To control and monitor marketing expenses to within or in-line with budget. SPECIAL FEATURES Describe other areas of work which have not covered under Principal Accountabilities but significantly affecting the job holder"s performance or occupying the job holder"s time. - Effective communication with relevant department to ensure smooth operation of the work. Be an effective team leader for business team. - Coach direct reports on development of marketing skills. - Timely implement performance appraisal and career plan with direct report/identify needs for job enrichment. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training and experience which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job (Note: These are not necessarily the same as the job holder"s). - Bachelor degree with business related majority. Minimum of 5 years brand marketing experience, esp. in ATL communicational territory. Experience in multi-national company is preferred. - Ability to work under pressure and be an effective team leader for business team. - Project management skill. - Fluent in English and skillful in MS office.
