You will be representing China and S.E. Asia region, managing the end to end sourcing process and strategy. Focus sourcing category: mainly in plastic/paper packaging materials. Negotiate quality, cost and delivery terms with suppliers. Market analysis, product analysis, supplier identification, pre-qualification and selection of supplier base. Coordination of QA inspections and audits of potential existing suppliers. Skill requirements: Must speak and write proficient English and Chinese. At least 4 years college degree, at least 5 years work experience in multinational companies. Strong negotiation skills that compliment supplier and sourcing management: At least 3 years working experience in purchasing/sales in plastic/paper packaging materials. Effectively follow up orders with freight forwarders&suppliers to ensure on time delivery. Effectively negotiate payment terms to ensure cash management. Works independently and is self-management with an entrepreneurial spirit.
